Built in 1860 and greatly expanded in 1994, this Italianate-style, Victorian farmhouse has a nearly endless supply of film scene settings. Positioned on 2.7 acres of land and with nearly 15,000 square-feet of interior space spread across five buildings, the Church Point Manor is perfectly suited for filming historic period-pieces, commercials, formal interviews, TV Shows, and movies. The Church Point Manor basement also houses the Cellars: a 1,000 square foot restaurant with a bar in prohibition-era styling. The house previously served as a Bed and Breakfast, entertaining esteemed guests like President Obama in 2008. The house is currently open for events, filming, and overnight stays.
