Catering, alcohol, and bartending are arranged and paid for separately, so you can choose the menu and service that suit your team. The host also arranges event insurance and, when serving alcohol, a Virginia ABC banquet license.

How much does a company holiday party at the Cellars cost?
Venue rental is $1,500 for a Friday or Saturday during the 2026 holiday season, subject to availability. Catering, alcohol, bartending, a Virginia ABC banquet license if serving alcohol, and event insurance are arranged and paid for separately by the host.
How many guests can the Cellars accommodate?
The Cellars accommodates up to 100 guests for a cocktail-style party, up to 32 for a formal seated dinner in one room, or approximately 50 seated across the Cellars. We will help you choose a layout for your group.
Can we choose our own caterer and bartender?
Yes. For holiday parties, you may choose our recommended providers or bring your own professional caterer and bartending service. Share your plans with us so we can coordinate venue access and setup.
Which days are available for holiday parties?
We host holiday parties on available Fridays and Saturdays. The 2026 venue rental rate is $1,500 for either day. Sunday events are not available.
What do we need if we serve alcohol?
The host arranges the alcohol and professional bartending service. We require a Virginia ABC banquet license for events serving alcohol, even when drinks are complimentary to guests. Single-day event liability insurance is also required. We will guide you through the venue requirements.
What time does the party end?
Events end by 9 p.m., with an hour afterward for cleanup. We will confirm your start time and vendor setup access when discussing your date.
